A power-first AI infrastructure campus designed to integrate onsite generation with large-scale critical IT capacity.

At full build, Central Campus is designed around 6.5 GW of net onsite generation and 4,875 MW of critical IT load across 20 data halls. Its defining energy advantage is physical access to multiple independent natural-gas routes from three producing basins, supporting an islanded power architecture designed for hyperscale AI.
